The best time for some gorgeous newborn photos
Your beautiful newborn portrait session will capture those precious first moments, and we advise booking within the first 14 days of your baby’s arrival. This is when babies are the most sleepy, and we can capture some lovely poses while they nap. These photos often become cherished photo albums, much-admired wall prints and adored mementos.
You and your baby will be in very safe hands, as Portraits by Pear Tree’s photographers are fully trained in newborn photography. This includes how to hold and wrap your little one safely. We treat everyone who visits us with the utmost care and attention.
Newborn and sibling photos
Siblings are very welcome to attend the session and have some photos with their new sister or brother. We can also take some family photos during your shoot. This is a wonderful chance to get some gorgeous photos of everyone with your new baby.
What to expect from your Newborn Photoshoot
From the initial consultation to the final delivery of your images, we ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience at our East Hampshire Photography Studio. Our process is designed to be stress-free and enjoyable, allowing you to relax while we create stunning portraits of your newborn baby.
Before Your Session
To ensure we can create a beautiful gallery of images for you, ahead of your session we will make time to walk you through the process and discuss the styling of your newborn session.
Taking your time
Your newborn photography session will take place at our Grayshott (East Hampshire) studio and will be entirely baby-led with plenty of time for feeding and settling baby.
See your photos
After your photoshoot you’ll be invited back to review your edited photos. Spend as much time as you need, and our team will be on hand to advise about prints and digital options, with no hard sell.
